Fighting for Condominium & Homeowners' Association Owners Throughout the State of Florida.

The harsh truth is that many community associations in Florida are run by a bad board.  A bad board freely violates the law, your rights as an owner, and often act as the dictators of your community.  These problems are further compounded by complacent property management companies who have a financial interest in keeping the bad board.  These problems are rampant in Florida and in particular South Florida (Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach).

I spent two (2) years fighting my own condominium association.  I received many threats from board members including an eight page defamatory letter distributed by security to every resident in my 355 unit condominium.  Residents soon realized who was right when the elevators failed, the water bill was not paid, and essential fire safety systems stopped working.  The majority of the old board resigned in disgrace after the property management company delivered over 80 fraudulent election ballots to our board elections.  I then became the president of my 355 unit condominium and, in the course of one term, the new board (the good board) restored our condominium.

I understand the frustration and aggravation that a bad board may cause you.  And, because of this, I will go to great lengths to represent you in your fight against your condominium association.  I offer reasonable rates and, in many cases, I can defer payment of my fees until after the completion of your case.  If you prevail, you may be entitled to attorney's fees and reimbursement of your costs.

I offer competent representation related to condominium & homeowners' association law, the Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718), the Homeowners' Association Act (Chapter 720), breach of fiduciary duty (failure to maintain common elements including water intrusion issues), illegal budget increases, selective enforcement claims, improper leasing or sale restrictions, harassment by board members or property management, the improper use of funds by board members, and many other condominium & homeowners' association issues.
